Accomodation: In order to keep the costs as low as possible for you, we try to arrange accommodation at student’s places (flat shares) for external participants. Please let us know if you can provide a place for one or more external participants or if you would like to make use of this opportunity so that we can match offers and requests. However, we cannot fully guarantee for accommodation. In any case, we are glad to help you find another lower-cost possibility in the city of Passau.

I live in Passau and can host one or more external student(s) at my place in Passau during the summer school. I would like to stay as a guest at a shared apartment with other student participants from Passau.

Meals: We will have lunch together in the university cafeteria on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Besides that, there will be coffee breaks. Please fill in your preference:

Participation fee:

The fee of 50€ is necessary to cover the meal expenses and cultural activities. By sending your application, you confirm to pay the participation fee in case of acceptance. However, if you need financial support, please let us know. We will try to find a solution together.

Scholarship: There is a small number of scholarships (no participation fee) available for international students.

I am international student and would like to apply for a scholarship (participation fee).

Special needs: Please let us know if you have any special needs during the event.
